Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Degree/diploma in relevant field (i.e. Library Technician, Information Science, etc)
2 years of related experience
Expertise with Insignia (or similar library software systems), Google Suite, computer hardware and software, mobile technology, various AV equipment
Comfortable learning and promoting new technologies (3D printing, robotics, coding, cricut, etc.)
Positive team player and ability to work independently as well
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Individuals who possess an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered
The use of a personal vehicle may be required
This is a 0.5 FTE permanent 10 month position with an hourly rate of $30.63. An employee benefits and pension package is also provided.
The anticipated start date for this position will be August 26, 2024.
