ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• LibGuide creation and maintenance, as needed.
• Participate on library working groups.
• Performs library opening procedures, as needed.

Public Services: Public services are duties that involve direct interactions with students, staff, and faculty:

• Provides basic and complex reference transaction service both in-person, over the phone, via email and via virtual reference service.
• Provides proactive customer service, helping patrons find, evaluate, use and cite information from a variety of traditional formats as well as digital content such as licensed database, eBooks, and streaming video.
• Performs circulation services including checking in/out of library materials.
• Explains library policies to students, staff and faculty.
• Conducts library orientation tours

Additional Information: Pre-Employment Checks will be completed to assess the candidate’s suitability for a role.
