QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 - 8 years of experience in License Compliance or a role which required a focus on analytical and investigative activities or sales related role as well as negotiation experience with customers
• Bachelor degree in any field and able to multi-task and organize workload
• Possess basic technical knowledge in IT/Software field & is comfortable with processing, analyzing, and interpreting diverse information, especially information in Legal agreements
• Great communication skill in English is required, native/Professional fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Strong written communication and listening skills in support of license compliance process during a customer engagement

• Ensure protection of Dassault Systèmes assets and revenue while at the same time protecting the relationship with the customer by finding mutual agreement to resolve the matter
• Establishing good rapport with cross functional teams, channel and legal partners while developing and achieve revenue sales target
• Generating, tracking, and qualifying compliance leads from internal and external sources
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to License Compliance matters
• Regular / Weekly liaison and reporting to License Compliance Leader in matters related to business reporting, case and lead status, revenue recovery, non-responders etc
• Able to deputize of License Compliance Leader as and when required
