Description:

In the ever-shifting world of business, staying ahead means being sharp at spotting changes and agile in responding to them. As an LCS Senior, you will experience this dynamic environment first-hand. You will dive into the licensing lifecycle, juggling tasks from allocating work and following up on missing details to supporting staff in preparation, reviewing forms, and getting bundles off to the US Leads. Beyond that, you will play a key role in coaching and growing your team members, helping them to shine on your engagement teams.

Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of business license applications and renewals, ensuring adherence to data provided by the Client and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with US local jurisdictions to address and resolve complex license processing issues or discrepancies, employing advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Oversee and prioritize individual workload, proactively managing license inventory to guarantee progression through the process within expected timeframes.
  • Engage in critical analysis during the licensing lifecycle, initiating relevant inquiries and contributing strategic insights to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of license issuance.
  • Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and coaching to foster skill development and ensure the delivery of high-quality work in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions with team members, clients, and jurisdictional authorities.
  • Exhibit adaptability by adjusting strategies and approaches in response to changing business needs and regulatory environments.
  • Leadership abilities in setting clear objectives, motivating team members, and fostering a culture of compliance excellence.
