THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented License Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the activation and deactivation of licenses for our Kantata OX and SX platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience accessing our software.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models and practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer license orders accurately and efficiently, including new activations, upgrades, downgrades, and renewals.
  • Manage license deactivations and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all license transactions in our Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and revenue recognition.
  • Troubleshoot licensing issues and resolve customer inquiries related to activations and deactivations.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of license management processes and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on Kantata product offerings and licensing models.
  • Generate reports on license usage and key performance indicators.
