REQUIREMENTS:

1. Active General Level I insurance license in Alberta
2. Experience in the real world helping customers find what they want and need.
3. A coachable attitude… each day you arrive at work with an open mind and a keen attitude towards learning, growing, and becoming a better version of yourself.
4. You can read, write, and listen with acuity.
5. Learn, learn learn…customers love it when we “know our stuff” - so you’ll have to remember lots of stuff.
6. Mistakes suck! You must be detail-oriented to thrive in this industry.

1. Engage daily with customers and help them say “wow!”.
