Licensed Mental Health Therapist

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
• upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License. Or
• upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License.
• upon hire: Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
• upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 2 years Post Master’s experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Additional experience in substance use treatment setting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field.
• upon hire: Oregon Professional Counselor License.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year Master’s level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
• Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree Family therapy.
• upon hire: Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year Master’s level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
• Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
