    Responsibilities:
    The responsibilities of a Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) are indeed quite varied and require a high level of adaptability and flexibility. Additionally, they play a key role in promptly reporting any changes in a patient’s condition to the appropriate parties.
    Given the diverse nature of their work environment, LPNs must possess strong clinical skills and be able to quickly adjust to different team dynamics and patient needs. Their ability to adapt swiftly is crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  1. Current and valid state license
  2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  3. Minimum one-year experience in an applicable setting preferred.
  4. IV certification upon hire (state specific)
  5. Current ACLS (AHA) certificate preferred or within 60 days of hire.
