REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 10 active state health insurance licenses required.
• FFM 2024 and or 2025
• Experience with the new CMS 3-way call process is essential.
• Proven success in health insurance sales with a focus on ACA enrollments.
• Strong sales skills and self-motivation to exceed sales targets.
• Reliable personal computer (excluding Chromebooks or netbooks), high-speed internet (100Mbps or better), a quiet workspace, and a headset with microphone.

• Guide clients through ACA health insurance enrollments, ensuring compliance with CMS regulations, including managing 3-way phone calls with CMS for customer verifications.
• Handle inbound warm transfers and provide exceptional service to convert leads into closed sales.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team performance.
• Work effectively with clients across 10+ states, demonstrating strong knowledge of state-specific health insurance regulations.
• Stay informed on ACA policy updates to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
