Your Role: As a Content Translator, you will play a crucial role in bridging language barriers and ensuring our resources resonate with our German-speaking audience.
The primary responsibility will be to review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance of psychoeducational content translated for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. This content is created for corporate clients and covers a range of mental health and well-being topics, including stress management, resilience, communication, and psychological safety.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in content translation, preferably in the mental health sector.
- Strong understanding of mental health concepts and terminology.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for mental health and a commitment to promoting well-being through accessible content.
Responsibilities:
- Content Review and Quality Assurance:
- Dive into psychoeducational materials, meticulously ensuring that psychological concepts, terminology, and language tone resonate with our corporate audience across the DACH region. Give feedback to the Clinical Corporate Team of ifeel to maintain high quality standards.
- Assist in creating engaging and accessible content that reflects the values and mission of ifeel.
- Feedback and Revision:
- Collaborate with our Clinical Team to ensure accuracy and consistency in conveying therapeutic concepts.
- Review and edit translated content to maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with mental health trends and terminologies in both languages to ensure relevance.
- Participate in team coordination meetings to discuss content strategy and effectiveness.
