• Prepare application materials for new licenses, ensuring a cohesive strategy between local and central requirements and controls
• Develop cross-functional partnerships with legal, finance, information technology, and product teams to achieve maximum harmony in license acquisition and maintenance
• Lead engagement with regulators (i.e., authorizations teams and supervisory teams) in jurisdictions where Ripple either holds or seeks licenses
• Assist the Regulatory Compliance team in the performance of gap analysis on changes in regulation and legislation that may impact Ripple’s licensed entities
• Prepare responses to ad hoc queries received from regulators
• Actively participate in inspections or examination conducted by Ripple’s regulators
