La misión del Patient Journey Partner (PJP) es de mejorar los resultados en salud para los pacientes, la comunidad, el ecosistema y la organización. Liderando, empoderando y desarrollando a los Especialistas en Experiencia del Paciente (PJP), acompañándolos a entender las necesidades del paciente y tocar a los stakeholders que impactan directamente el Patient Journey para co-crear soluciones de impacto. Identificar oportunidades en los ecosistemas conforme a su área terapéutica y ser el eslabón entre las necesidades del ecosistema y el Squad para asegurar alineación estratégica.
