YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

To be a successful Global LCM Project Manager, you should have:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience at an international level, in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Good knowledge of commercial dynamics, and go-to-market for pharmaceutical products, as well as regulatory and operations processes
  • Experience in working in a matrix multinational organization and stakeholder management
  • Experience in consulting in healthcare represents a plus

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will join one of the key strategic areas of LEO Pharma, dedicated to maximizing the long-term value of our portfolio. You will drive Life Cycle Management (LCM) initiatives for the Established and Post-Launch Brands, from approval to project planning and execution. Your expertise will play a vital role in shaping the success of the LCM initiatives.

YOUR PRIMARY WORK TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Driving end-to-end strategic LCM projects, to drive value growth and profitability, including:
    Product launches in new markets
    Expansion into new novel indications, new product formulations and dosage forms
    Portfolio optimization, implementing strategic pricing initiatives and optimizing COGS

    Strategic business model initiates, including Rx to OTC switch transformation, and regulatory projects such as maintaining the license to operate

  • Steering the global LCM process, and acting as the cross-functional strategic partner for LCM initiatives to enable decision making and drive impact across the established portfolio

  • Collaborating with stakeholders across functions and coordinating with the LCM governance bodies to facilitate timely decision-making and ensure seamless execution of initiatives
  • Engaging relevant stakeholders to formulate robust project plans for the LCM initiatives, including comprehensive timelines, milestones, budget requirements, etc.
  • Coordinating all activities, ensuring early detection and resolution of bottlenecks and risks, involving relevant teams at global and local levels
  • Driving projects activities, including setting meeting objectives and agenda, defining meeting templates, driving meetings, and capturing the meeting’s actions and next steps
  • Maintaining the overview of the projects status, driving reporting on initiatives progress, and acting as a single point of contact across the organization for information requests on LCM initiatives

In this role, you will report to the Global Head of Life Cycle Management and work closely with key stakeholders across the organization at both global and local levels to ensure the materialization of the LCM initiatives expected targets/goals (net sales, profit, product launch, license to operate, business development) and the effective use of resources.
