We are seeking a Life Insurance / Investment Marketing Assistant to join our team and report directly to our Thornhill, ON client. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a tenured practice while gaining valuable experience in business administration, marketing, client service, and executive-level support.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
- A minimum of 15+ years experience with life, disability, critical illness, Long Term Care and Group insurance, RSP/RIF, and TFSA marketing administration experience. This role is specifically NOT for candidates withhome, or vehicle insurance experience.
- Post-secondary degree, Life and Accident and Sickness insurance license preferred.
- Intermediate / advanced level proficiency with technology, Microsoft Office 365, and insurance-related software programs and websites.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, someone who takes initial instructions well and puts them into action.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
- Excellent and personable verbal and written communication skills.
