Currently, we are looking for like-minded professionals to join our team and are hiring an LSS Technician to support a large-scale project with a very high-profile client in Co. Kildare
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in start up of Life Safety equipment and systems.
- Impeccably strong safety record working on start-up projects.
- Strong PC skills, particularly MS office suite. (Specifically excel and word)
- Very strong communication skills, both written & verbal.

Responsibilities:
- Life Safety Systems (LSS) commissioning activity on our client’s campus.
- Professional project team engagement
- Review and co-ordinate with project lead to capture install/de-install processes
- Review and update pre-test flight checklists for processes management.
- Monitoring (and scrub) of updated design reviews schedules and elevation drawings.
- Site walks to match contractor progress to the design reviews using updated elevation drawings and schedules to monitor trades progress.
- Create and close DWN’s (snags)
- Ability to co-ordinate timelines to match milestone dates.
- Monitors start up and shutdown of LLS (HPM) systems to include Liquid Leak Detection (Permalert), Gas Control Monitoring systems (GCS) and Vesda Sytems
- Forward leaning approach to detail in creating safe working environment and to prevent negative impact on live all working environment on-site.
- Manage software to create trackers and capture OATs, redlines and Submittal documentation for upload to commissioning Software (Eida)
- Create FATs for relevant equipment by extrapolating information from drawings OATs and trackers.
- Accept equipment for sign off from the sub-contractor and main contractor for the client
- Be part of a team where you are the LSS lead for the systems operational functional acceptance testing certification and qualification in order to make systems ready for pre-acceptance (GT) to full acceptance(BT)
