• Promote award winning personal development courses.
• Work alongside individuals to set business and personal goals.
• Provide 1-2-1 coaching and support.
• Offer encouragement, advice, and practical strategies.
• Track personal and professional achievements and help them navigate any bumps in the road.
• Demonstrate your own leadership through active participation in our community.
