Description:
- Provide support to deliver Lifecycle communications to meet business objectives
- 12-month fixed-term full-time position - location flexible (Australia)
- Circa $75k - $80k + Superannuation + Salary Packaging
Responsibilities:
The Lifecycle Campaigns Coordinator liaises with various stakeholders outside the Lifecycle team and provides support to deliver Lifecycle communications to meet business objectives. Working with the broader Lifecycle team, this role focuses on supporting the day-to-day running of the team, whilst also having important input on ways to continue to improve personalisation, campaign testing and optimisation, channel best practice, customer/donor journeys and campaign tracking and performance.
Working closely with the Lifecycle Campaigns Manager and collaboratively across marketing and the wider Donor Experience team, this role will also be accountable for supporting the update of lifecycle campaign assets in line with brand refresh to ensure the team continue to provide on time, accurate and effective work to contribute life-giving donations for life-changing outcomes.
