Join us at Cooper Parry as a Lifecycle Coordinator for a fixed term contract, where you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients throughout their journey with us. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless transitions, nurturing strong relationships, and optimising client satisfaction at every touchpoint.

This isn’t your typical coordination role—it’s an exciting chance to serve as a crucial link between our clients and Cooper Parry. From initial client onboarding to ongoing administrative support and beyond, you will play a fundamental role in our clients’ experience with CP. You will:

  • Manage our client onboarding process in collaboration with our Partners, Managers, and Risk & Compliance Team
  • Coordinate the setup of client delivery software for both new and existing clients, ensuring our teams are ready to deliver from day one
  • Arrange milestone meetings within the client lifecycle, both internally and externally
  • Work collaboratively with our Resourcing Team to assist in resource allocation, budget creation, and team scheduling to ensure engagement targets are met
  • Maintain schedules for Manager to Partner reviews, ensuring seamless collaboration across service lines
  • Monitor engagement progress, identify potential issues or delays, and liaise with Resourcing and Manager teams to resolve resource constraints
  • Coordinate the signing and submission of key deliverables
  • Support with monitoring finance exceptions, working closely with our Finance Team and Managers to resolve issues
