We are looking for a Lifecycle E-mail Specialist to join the Global CRM & Loyalty team to support building industry leading email automation journeys and create unique memorable customer experiences. As the Lifecycle E-mail Specialist, you will become a key player in improving our automated setup and running activities related to our automated campaigns, utilizing and implementing new technologies and build and implement new use-cases and leveraging our loyalty program and membership benefits.

SOMETHING ABOUT YOU

You might be the person we are looking for if you can bridge the gap between business and technical to take decisions based on marketing theory but also capable of building the technical flows to deliver on the use-cases. You are good at critical thinking and managing larger complex customer journeys and can tie everything seamlessly together. You value teamwork and understand how to collaborate cross-functionally and you have a “can do” and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and manage email automation workflows in Bloomreach on a global scale.
  • Manage loyalty customer lifecycle emails for both new and existing markets.
  • Support on ownership of Bloomreach, including data mapping, backlog management, product feeds, web tracking and ensure high data quality.
  • Implement automated SMS initiatives to further engage our audience.
  • Plan and executive A/B testing for automated journeys.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to email delivery, formatting and platform functionality
  • Support clusters and other stakeholders on the usage of the Bloomreach platform.
