Endeavor Schools is looking for a motivated and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. This position will work in a hybrid environment. The Lifecycle Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of customer journeys across multiple brands within the company. The role involves analyzing customer data, designing targeted campaigns, and implementing strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Journey Management:
- Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies. Map out and optimize customer journeys across all touchpoints.
- Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize the customer journey.
- Plan and manage contact strategies to support cross-lifecycle audience engagement, lead nurturing, show rate, conversion and retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
- CRM Management:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters, and triggered messages.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Contribute to systems and processes documentation, design and customization, configuration of CRM Systems.
- Customer Retention:
- Develop and implement retention programs.
- Work with the customer service team to address and reduce churn.
- Call Center:
- Manage our Call Center Agency with a focus on improving key KPIs, including Contact Rate and percent of leads that complete school tours.
- Optimize communication channels including chat, SMS and email.
