POSITION SUMMARY

We’re seeking a part-time, high-energy individual to join our fast-paced startup to nurture and cultivate growth within our existing customer base through renewals and expansions. This role is ideal for an individual with entry-level Marketing experience or education.
Initially, this role will be part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business need.
As the Lifecycle Marketing Representative, your role will focus on calling our existing customers and talking about the significant value & benefits of transitioning to our new platform. You will be supported by a seasoned team from marketing, sales, product marketing, and other departments to help you succeed through training, messaging, and practicing using scripts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as renewals or account management (preferred but not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Effective in both independent and team environments
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to legacy customers to initiate conversations about platform migration.
  • Articulate the key benefits and advantages of the Infinity platform
  • Address customer concerns and objections effectively and customize messaging to resonate with specific customer needs
  • Provide high-level guidance on the migration process
  • Enter information from the customer discussions into our CRM (HubSpot)
