Job Title: Lifecycle Marketing Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC
Reports To: Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Position Type: Full-time, Exempt, Hybrid
Job Summary:The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at Mason Interactive will assist in creating, executing, and optimizing customer engagement strategies across multiple channels. This entry- to mid-level position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in digital marketing who wants to focus on customer lifecycle and retention strategies. The specialist will leverage CRM platforms, including Klaviyo, to help drive personalized campaigns and enhance customer journeys.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital or lifecycle marketing, preferably with exposure to email or CRM campaigns.
- Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Support the Lifecycle Marketing Manager by executing email, SMS, and other lifecycle marketing campaigns. Use Klaviyo and other CRM tools to automate and personalize customer journeys.
- Audience Segmentation: Develop and manage audience segments based on customer data and insights to ensure targeted, relevant communication.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign metrics to evaluate effectiveness, optimize performance, and provide insights to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure that messaging and visuals align with campaign goals and resonate with segmented audiences.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign elements such as subject lines, send times, and personalization strategies.
