Responsibilities:

The Lifecycle Specialist role is central to our mission of fostering personalized student engagement and nurturing relationships that enhance lead conversion and bolster student retention. The role involves developing strategies for new journeys and optimising existing journeys, through gathering insights and input from key stakeholders across the business. Working closely with the Marketing Automation team and agency partners, the Lifecycle Specialist then oversees the implementation within the OES Martech stack.

What You Will Do

  • With the Marketing Automation Manager, guide the integration and utilization of our Customer Data Platform (CDP), establishing a strategic roadmap for personalized student journeys.
  • Partner with the automation, content, and communications teams to develop and refine student journey mapping and reporting, facilitating workshops to align stakeholders on content strategy, messaging, and segmentation.
  • Oversee the briefing process end-to-end, collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies to expedite the deployment of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide insights and present on campaign progress based on campaign reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate on the marketing strategy and execution with a variety of teams who are responsible for acquisition, retention and ongoing student support.
