Description:
Join us to be end-to-end responsible for overseeing the development, management, and execution of a lifestyle accessories product line in Bang & Olufsen.
In line with the strategic objectives of the company, you will be responsible for identifying, building and managing lifestyle accessories assortments, including co-branded accessories, finding and engaging with relevant partners and suppliers, and driving go-to-market strategies, focusing on customer loyalty and acquisition, as well as brand equity impact. You will be responsible for translating trends into commercially successful and highly desirable lifestyle accessories, while ensuring that they complement the overall brand position and strategic direction.
As our new Lifestyle Accessories Manager, you will join our Global Brand Collaborations department in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the lifestyle accessories, aligned with the overall strategic objectives.
Build and oversee the entire lifestyle accessory plan from concept to launch, including market research, briefing, sourcing, pricing, product positioning, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to conceptualize, develop and launch new lifestyle accessories, including co-branded accessories, ensuring alignment with current product portfolio, consumer moments and brand position.
Work with existing brand collaboration partners to expand the offering and create synergies.
Work closely with global retail, product management, marcom, e-commerce and regional sales teams to create strong go-to-market plans and merchandising strategies to promote the lifestyle accessories line and to drive brand awareness and sales.
Align across the value chain the lifestyle accessories positioning, success criteria, KPIs, and business objectives.
Monitor and analyze product performance and sales data to identify key drivers and opportunities for growth and to maximize revenue and sell-out.
Optimize development plans and time-to-market, as well as find solutions to improve impact in relevant touchpoints.
Support the Head of Global Brand Collaborations on building a robust lifestyle accessories strategy, on identifying, evaluating and selecting partners, as well as on identifying new opportunities to enhance the lifestyle assortment, in line with Bang & Olufsen’s strategic business, brand and ESG ambitions.
Conduct monthly competitive analysis and identify new lifestyle accessories categories, consumer needs, trends, partnerships, and market opportunities to drive the creation and expansion of the lifestyle accessory line.
What you bring
