We are looking for motivatedLifestyle Consultants (Membership Services Sales)who will enjoy prospecting for new members and educating them about the benefits of joining Merritt Clubs! This position is full-time and benefits eligible.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring the club monthly membership goals are exceeded
  • Proactively develop a personal prospecting plan that will allow you to create and maintain a lead base of 300 prospects at all times
  • Assisting in meeting club monthly retention goals
  • Following daily sales book activities and have available all reports needed on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Developing and working your own lead system in addition to what the company provides utilize sales success binders and ABC database
  • Attending all sales and club meetings, events and community outreach

Qualified applicants will possess: one or more years of sales experience (preferably in the fitness/exercise industry), strong relationship building skills, ability to multi-task
Compensation includes a base salary and an aggressive commission and bonus structure. Your income potential is only limited by your own desire and motivation!
