In a rapidly growing business, you will conduct all elements of Plant & Lifting Operations at a range of sites and venues across the UK, including our Plant and Lifting Schools of excellence.
What you’ll be doing
To provide Assessment & Training delivery to all Stakeholders.
In a rapidly growing business, to support Competency in the workplace you will conduct all elements of Assessing Lifting Operations at a range of sites and venues across the UK to support all projects.
You will also carry out an active Assessors role to assess skills, attitude and performance levels of maintenance staff, plant operators and other support staff through the competency assessment procedure.
A minimum of an Assessors Qualification is required for this role with company investment and support for the right candidate to get up to an instructor and Examiner level.
