LiftSystem Depot Activation Program Lead

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure the creation and management of an integrated set of plans/schedules for the FRCE depot and test cell activation
• Organize and chair schedule review meetings and report areas where executive decisions need to be made.
• Act as a key focal point between Rolls-Royce and government agencies for matters related to the activation of the LiftSystem Depot and LiftFan Test Cell at Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC-E).
• Ensure the implementation of company management processes are effective and efficient.
• Develop/implement Project Management best practice in line with company management processes.
• Provision of basic guidance to others regarding the Project Management processes and the operation of the project management systems / tools / methods.
• Contribution to the local Project Management Community of Practice.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business with 2+ experience in project management or technology OR;
• Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business OR;
• JD/PhD

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• SAP experience
• PMP Certification
• Understanding of Earned Value Management System and its application.
• Understanding of the Services business & customer operations
