Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure the creation and management of an integrated set of plans/schedules for the FRCE depot and test cell activation
- Organize and chair schedule review meetings and report areas where executive decisions need to be made.
- Act as a key focal point between Rolls-Royce and government agencies for matters related to the activation of the LiftSystem Depot and LiftFan Test Cell at Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC-E).
- Ensure the implementation of company management processes are effective and efficient.
- Develop/implement Project Management best practice in line with company management processes.
- Provision of basic guidance to others regarding the Project Management processes and the operation of the project management systems / tools / methods.
- Contribution to the local Project Management Community of Practice.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business with 2+ experience in project management or technology OR;
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business OR;
- JD/PhD

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- SAP experience
- PMP Certification
- Understanding of Earned Value Management System and its application.
- Understanding of the Services business & customer operations
