JOB OVERVIEW:

The Light Vehicle Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of light vehicles, including cars, vans, and small trucks, to transport personnel, materials, and equipment to various locations as required by the project. The role requires excellent driving skills, a good knowledge of local routes, and a commitment to safety and punctuality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for light vehicles, with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional driving experience.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Ability to operate GPS and other navigation tools efficiently.
• Strong focus on safety, reliability, and punctuality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Physical ability to assist with loading/unloading tasks and perform minor physical tasks as needed.

OTHER DUTIES:

• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, as well as with the movement of materials on-site when required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including assisting with basic facility maintenance tasks when driving duties are not required.
