Description:

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales milestones and driving the growth of our business through both B2B and B2C channels. You will work closely with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, and fit-out professionals to establish and expand business opportunities. Your strategic mindset, market insights, and ability to foster client relationships will directly contribute to the mutual success of our brand and your career.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Sales and/or Marketing within the lighting industry or a related field.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with lighting or associated product lines is a significant advantage. Familiarity with international lighting brands is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify target audiences and develop actionable growth strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and market insights to inform decisions.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Attitude: A proactive, go-getter mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Networking: Willingness to attend events and actively engage with industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through B2B and B2C channels.
  • Identify and develop potential clients to establish lasting business relationships.
  • Strategize and implement a roadmap for qualitative and quantitative sales milestones.
  • Brand Positioning & Market Insight:
  • Analyze brand positioning, market trends, and consumer behavior to optimize strategies.
  • Stay informed about competing brand activities and market developments within the region.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Collaborate with lighting consultants, interior designers, architects, fit-out specialists, and end-users to deliver customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop actionable plans to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Networking & Representation:
  • Attend global lighting events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote the brand and identify new opportunities.
  • Strategic Growth:
  • Align with the company’s culture and strategic vision to drive business growth.
  • Develop innovative strategies to expand market share and build a competitive edge.
