Responsibilities:

In your role as Total Rewards Specialist – SAP Time Accounts and Pension Plan Administration you will do:

Administrative Management of SAP Time Accounts for the Early Retirement Program (2024):

  • Oversee the accurate recording and tracking of employee time accounts within SAP, ensuring all data related to the early retirement program is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise in the SAP time accounts related to the early retirement program, providing support to employees and management as needed.

Maintenance and Updating of Salary Conversions within SAP Pension Plans:

  • Perform regular updates and adjustments to salary data within SAP, specifically within the pension plan modules, to reflect changes such as salary increases, promotions, or other compensation adjustments.
  • Ensure that all salary conversion entries are accurately maintained in the system, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the finance and HR departments to verify the correctness of the salary data and address any discrepancies or errors in the system.
