We are looking for a LIMS Operational Support Consultant to join our Polish team.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Hands-on experience with LabVantage 8 and LabsQ.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with laboratory processes and regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, etc.).
  • Able to work on the pressure.
  • Able to quickly switch the priorities based on the business requirements.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Time and priority management skills.
  • ITSM tool, ServiceNow experience.
  • Basic Knowledge of ITIL (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management).
  • LIMS Service Ownership understanding.
  • Flexibility and adaptability based on the scenarios.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell etc.).
  • Basic Knowledge of the SQL and PL/SQL/Oracle SQL.
  • Reporting configurations (JasperReports, MS Word engine based).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2-L3 support for LabVantage 8 and LabsQ systems, including troubleshooting, user management, configuration management and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with Key-users and end-users to address technical issues, answer inquiries, and provide guidance.
  • Issue reviews and regular meetings with Stakeholders (business, IT infrastructure, etc).
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, escalating to Vendor support when necessary.
  • Perform system monitoring, system updates, patches, and configurations to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with the Business teams to maintain system integrity and compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.
  • Updating and maintaining system documentations.
  • Assist in system integration, validation, and documentation tasks.
