Description:

  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

SUMMARY

As a Food Service Worker, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas. Reporting to the Head Chef, your primary responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Your core skills in meal preparation and restaurant experience will be essential in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. Additionally, your premium skill in serving will enhance the dining experience, making you a vital part of our team. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
  • Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on serving
  • Previous experience in the food industry is highly desirable

    Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
