Description:
ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for an experienced Class 5 driver to safely and efficiently deliver LPG cylinders to both internal and external customers around the Motu. You will be handling dangerous goods, so you’ll need great attention to detail and a strong commitment to health and safety.
You will need to be flexible with your hours, able to stay away overnight when needed, and ready to work weekends during busy periods.
You’ll be dealing with customers face-to-face, and at times might need to answer questions or offer them solutions. We’ll make sure you have all the training and support needed, so you are confident in giving accurate information.
Other duties include:
- Completing vehicle safety checks
- Organising delivery runs
- Loading and unloading product from the truck
- Delivering LPG cylinders and taking away the empties
