We are looking for a section manager to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. As a line manager of a Board Power Design section you will guide, mentor, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture. You will also contribute the cross Ericsson power governance collaboration working together with colleagues around the world.
You Will:
- Lead and handle a DC/DC Power Design team in Lindholmen, Gothenburg
- Drive and deliver power design solutions to Ericsson Radio System
- Secure quality and TTM of the committed product development assignments
- Drive power technology and power product leadership
- Actively contribute to the global governance for Ericsson power solutions
- Flow optimization for power related development
- Contribute to innovation and improvements in the power design area
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and learning within Power Solutions and our power community
