REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a leader with experience in the IT/ITES industry, specializing in IT Infrastructure Site Management, Modern Workplace, Service Delivery, Project Management and Application support.
• Having strong global exposure including strategic planning, budget management, leading IT support across various regions and countries, and adeptly managing local expectations in different cultural contexts globally.

• Spearheaded IT infrastructure management ensuring a robust and efficient platform across countries.
• Enhancing global IT infrastructure and fostering robust IT Operations platform.
• Building a strong cross-cultural high-performing team.
• Monitoring and evaluating the service team’s performance, providing regular feedback, coaching and recognition to drive individual and team excellence.
• Leading and managing the department, including staffing, training and performance management of the personnel.
• Managing office technology assets which include PCs, printers, video conferencing systems, mobile services, and end user accessories.
• Directing end-user asset procurement, stock management, and timely service delivery for device requirements.
• Ensuring optimal performance of office network, Cloud and On-prem server management across all sites in close coordination with the respective teams to provide best in class service.
• Securing conscious and always made sure the IT is secured in line with Cyber Security team and share data for Audit compliance.
