Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in the same role
- Fluent in verbal English would be a plus
- Excellent team worker and oriented to details
Responsibilities:
- Satisfying guests and exceeding guest’s expectations
- Support the housekeeping Team in cleaning guests’ rooms and public areas
- Taking care of the minibar operations
- Collecting and distributing guest laundry
- Reporting missing or damaged items
- Reporting lost and found items
- Maintaining a clean & neat area of operation
