REQUIREMENTS

  • High energy, delivery focused, a communicator.
  • Self-starter, inspired by ideas but team-oriented.
  • 4+ years experience from fintech, crypto firm, financial institution or brokerage.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and fast response time to client’s requests.
  • Excellent communication, partnership, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, flexibility and professional confidence.
  • Basic knowledge about data analysis tools and proficiency with Excel/Sheets is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of trading or blockchain technology is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently work on multiple project requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where tight deadlines and unexpected complexities can happen.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial relationships to maintain competitiveness and increase market share and trading volumes.
  • Drive trading volume and revenue growth from global markets by actively engaging external participants and potential partners, developing acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare pitch materials to present to clients.
  • Manage daily operations of Links, including onboarding, training, off-boarding, daily Q&A, and reports.
  • Competitor mapping and internal communication to maintain competitive product, marketing and commercial offerings.
  • Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonuses for the broker scheme.
  • Establish the process to coordinate with key account managers and other teams (Data, Product, Ops, Marketing, and CS) to resolve issues and support clients.
  • Development of users to VIP program.
  • Increase Link & Trade-trading engagement.
