JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a LinkedIn Marketing Expert with a strong background in recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both LinkedIn marketing strategies and recruitment processes. This role involves leveraging LinkedIn to enhance our employer brand, attract top talent, and drive engagement with our target audience through strategic content and advertising initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and recruitment, particularly in a B2B environment.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s platform, including organic growth strategies and paid advertising.
- Experience in creating and optimizing recruitment marketing campaigns on LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple recruitment marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and metrics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in recruitment for or similar sectors.
- Certifications in LinkedIn Marketing, digital marketing, or HR
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Grade 12
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies aimed at both brand promotion and talent acquisition.
- Create and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns targeting potential candidates, clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Craft compelling job posts, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding content for LinkedIn.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to identify, connect with, and engage top talent.
- Build and manage the company’s LinkedIn content calendar focused on recruitment and employer branding.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to align LinkedIn strategies with recruitment needs and goals.
- Analyze and report on LinkedIn marketing and recruitment campaign performance, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with relevant LinkedIn groups, communities, and influencers to build the company’s network and reputation in the recruitment space.
- Stay informed on LinkedIn algorithm updates, recruitment marketing trends, and best practices.
