REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a listing agent in the real estate industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using real estate software and online listing platforms.
• Valid UAE driving license.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients looking to sell or rent their properties.
• Conduct property evaluations and provide clients with accurate and competitive market analysis.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote property listings, including online listings, social media, and other advertising channels.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements between buyers, sellers, and landlords.
• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other agents and team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present regular reports on listing activity and performance metrics.
