QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Real estate license (or willing to obtain).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in real estate (sales or administrative) is a plus.
  • A passion for real estate and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Property Listings: Create and manage property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and high-quality presentation.
  • Client Communication: Work with sellers to understand their needs, assist with pricing strategies, and provide guidance throughout the listing process.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to help clients price their properties competitively.
  • Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property showings, ensuring properties are showcased in the best light possible.
  • Negotiations: Represent clients in negotiations and ensure smooth transactions from listing to closing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Acquisition: Generate leads and build relationships with potential buyers, using both online and offline strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct property showings, answer client inquiries, and provide detailed property information to guide purchasing decisions.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and new listings to advise clients effectively.
  • Transaction Management: Assist buyers through the negotiation and purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Networking: Attend local events, open houses, and real estate functions to build a referral network and generate business.
