WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ARABIC FEMALE LISTING CONSULTANT:

• Arabic / English Speaking & Writing
• Minimum 2 years’ Experience at least in Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market.
• Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a Real Estate Call Center environment.

• Marketing & Sales: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and schedule property viewings.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating deals, drafting contracts, and guiding clients through the closing process.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Administrative Duties: Preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
