QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Full knowledge of property listings and property portals
  • Property Management and Lettings experience
  • Administrative Assistance abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with property marketing and listing processes
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Dubai
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
  • Relevant certification or diploma in Real Estate Management or related field
