Responsibilities:

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:

  • Participating in the spectrum of Employee lifecycle related HRSS activities
  • Managing administrative tasks such as medical checks, personal files, sick leave documents, employer’s certificates
  • Management and coordination of domestic and international projects related to HR systems and processes
  • Management of HR projects launched by the company and their local tasks
  • Participation in HR Projects, monitoring, implementation
  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Works on problems of large scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Participates in HR automation and transition projects

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, HR degree is an advantage
  • Strong interest in HR
  • Basic HR knowledge (min. 1 year) preferably in multinational (or SSC) environment
  • High levels of competency in MS Office
  • Reliable personality with strong work ethic attitude
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills, ability to assess data
  • Detail orientated and able to work in a highly structured manner/achieve deadlines
  • A ‘get it done’ attitude to problem solving
  • Strong customer-focus mindset, team-player attitude
