Description:
DMOC is seeking a Litigation Associate attorney with one (1) to three (3) years’ experience. The position provides an opportunity to handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in a variety of complex cases in a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate should have litigation experience, including motion practice and discovery, appearing in court, and an ability to work independently in a busy atmosphere. Connecticut and New York bar admissions required. Massachusetts admission a plus. Qualified candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, and superlative legal research and writing skills.
