Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 65 firm, is searching for a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in the Los Angeles office. This will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing office. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience and feels confident defending product liability lawsuits.
A Day in the Life:
Positioned twenty minutes from downtown Los Angeles and twenty minutes from Redondo Beach, the Nelson Mullins Los Angeles-area office serves as the center of its West Coast presence and its attorneys offer a range of transactional and litigation services to clients in a variety of industries including automotive, banking & financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, and energy. We Know You:
Drawing from your two to four years of meaningful experience within the product liability/mass torts and/or commercial litigation fields, you feel confident in your abilities to usher a successful client experience. You are well-versed in taking and defending depositions and have prior experience in drafting dispositive, expert, and/or discovery motions. You pride yourself on your written and oral advocacy skills and are admitted to the California Bar (required).

Pursuant to the salary transparency provisions of the Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, please find the compensation range specific to this role if based in the state California:

• Los Angeles, California pay range for this role, with final offer amount depending on experience is $195,000 - $220,000.
