The firm handles complex and high-stakes litigation matters across a variety of industries and is known for its collaborative and dynamic work environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The ideal litigation attorney candidate will have strong experience in complex litigation, including the ability to manage a caseload independently, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in trial preparation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases while receiving mentorship and opportunities for professional growth. This litigation attorney opportunity is five days in office in Orange County.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in complex matters
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California

Manage a diverse caseload involving complex litigation matters
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
Collaborate with senior attorneys and provide guidance to junior associates
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
