Litigation Attorney

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Litigation Attorney in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be part of a team that handles a range of duties including detailed document review, discovery requests, and client contact. This role is centered in the legal industry and will require expertise in various skills including LexisNexis, Management System, and Microsoft Office Suites among others.

• Conduct comprehensive review of mental health, medical, and education records, and prepare review summaries
• Draft and review discovery requests with meticulous attention to detail
• Maintain regular contact with clients to keep them updated and address any queries
• Utilize LexisNexis, Management System, McKesson, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suites to facilitate tasks
• Contribute to the management of the firm by using efficient management systems
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions and duties.
• Must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Mass tort document review experience
• Active membership in the state Bar
• Demonstrable experience in LexisNexis and McKesson
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
