- Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing case files, organizing evidence, and preparing documents for trial.
- Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and motions with precision.
- Client & Witness Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather relevant information and ensure smooth case progression.
- Administrative Support: Handle case-related data entry, manage files, and assist with other administrative tasks to keep our litigation practice organized.

This is a performance-based position with an opportunity to receive bonuses
Compensation:
$49,000 - $60,000 anuallyResponsibilities:
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and other correspondence under attorney supervision.
- Assist in the organization and management of case files, including maintaining electronic filing systems and tracking deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule meetings, depositions, and trial dates.
- Provide administrative support, such as calendar management, billing preparation, and client communication.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working as a paralegal in a litigation setting is preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with personal injury law and US work authorization
