What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing case files, organizing evidence, and preparing documents for trial.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and motions with precision.
  • Client & Witness Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather relevant information and ensure smooth case progression.
  • Administrative Support: Handle case-related data entry, manage files, and assist with other administrative tasks to keep our litigation practice organized.

Compensation:

$49,000 - $60,000 anuallyResponsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and other correspondence under attorney supervision.
  • Assist in the organization and management of case files, including maintaining electronic filing systems and tracking deadlines.
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule meetings, depositions, and trial dates.
  • Provide administrative support, such as calendar management, billing preparation, and client communication.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a paralegal in a litigation setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Familiarity with personal injury law and US work authorization
