  Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm, with 5 attorneys, is seeking an Experienced Plaintiff, Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal
• Ability to draft Litigation and Discovery documents
• Produce Requests for Admissions, Request for Production of Documents, and Interrogatories
• Working knowledge of Local Court Rules and Civil Procedures
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task
• Strong writing and communication skills; be detail oriented
• Experience in computer software programs for case management and calendaring

Job Description:

• Draft litigation documents and file with the court (work with attorney on drafting)
• Aid attorney with interrogatories and other discovery requests
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
• Organized exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices
• Gather relevant information when needed
• Communicate with opposing counsel, courts and setting up depositions, mediations, arbitrations, etc.
