Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a diverse case load and adept in all areas of trial preparation and case management.

E-filing in state and federal courts.
Calendaring and monitoring deadlines.
Preparing discovery requests and pleadings.
Managing e-discovery and case maintenance using imanage
Coordinating document production.
Serving as a point of contact for relevant parties.
Drafting correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and co-counsel.
Trial preparation and scheduling of case-related events.
Proven experience as a commercial litigation paralegal 3-5 years+
experience with e-discovery software (this is a must)
Exceptional writing skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Professional demeanor.
Quick learner and self-starter.
